Return / Exchange Policy

At LacedbyMA, each wig is carefully prepared and customised to order to ensure the highest quality standards for every client.

Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it enters our production process within 24 hours. During this time, customers may request amendments. After this period, the order cannot be cancelled or changed as production will have begun.

 

Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The wig must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The lace must not be cut or altered
  • The wig must be returned in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required

Any items that show signs of wear, styling, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customisation reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Wigs that have been worn or altered
  • Custom-coloured or fully customised units 
  • Sale or discounted items
